Koevermans wins third professional title and reaches career high

Anouk Koevermans has won her third professional titel. The 22 year old tennis player was the best during an ITF tournament in Porto, Portugal.

Without dropping a set, Koevermans clearly enjoyed the fast indoor courts. The British Harriet Dart was forced to retire in the final. Koevermans was leading 6-2 1-0 before Dart got injured. Due to this great result, Koevermans is now the number 154 in the world, a career high for the Dutch born. Next week she will look to continue her great run in Slovakia.
